How to order corporate gifts in Malaysia

Annex Creative Solutions has supplied corporate gifts from Kuala Lumpur since 2015: 7,000+ gifts for 80+ clients, including Google, Amazon Web Services and AirAsia. This is how an order works, from first message to delivery.

Two ways to order

Buy online

Products marked Buy online are priced in US dollars and ship as they are, unbranded. Pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed by Stripe. Shipping is calculated by weight and destination and shown on the cart page before you pay.

Request a quote

Everything else, and any order that needs your logo or a larger quantity, is quoted individually. Tell us the product, the quantity, the branding you want and the date you need it by. The quote form asks for a quantity because the unit price depends on it more than on anything else. Minimum orders are 50 pieces for silkscreen, 30 for embroidery and 100 for full-colour print.

Sourced to brief

If the catalogue does not have it, we source it. Describe the item, the budget per unit and the quantity, and we come back with options.

What to send with a quote request

The product, or a description of what you are looking for.

The quantity. Unit prices depend on it more than on anything else.

Your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) and the colours it must match.

The delivery address and the date the gifts must arrive.

Google merchandise

We are an authorized Google merchandise reseller for Southeast Asia. The Google Merchandise collection carries the range.

Delivery

All orders ship from our warehouse in Selangor, Malaysia, usually by Aramex. Within Malaysia shipping starts at $1.80 for up to 4 kg; Singapore starts at $5 for up to 1 kg. We ship to 14 countries across Asia Pacific; for anywhere else, or for very heavy orders, ask on the quote.

Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days to Malaysia and Singapore, and 3 to 7 to the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand. Shipments outside Malaysia can need a customs declaration, which adds time. Couriers need a signature on delivery. The price you pay covers goods, tax and shipping; if a courier asks for import duty before delivering, contact us and we sort it out with you.

Production for a branded order takes 10 working days once the artwork is confirmed. Add the delivery time above when you work backwards from your event date.

Returns and support

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, unused and in resaleable condition. A faulty item is replaced or refunded: send the order number, a short description and a photo. Product photos are taken with care, but manufacturing batches and screens vary, so a colour can differ slightly from what you saw.
